recent years. Set out below are some of those deals to show the variety,
with the common thread of converting land and buildings into valuable
assets, both for retention or onward sale for equity release.
Hurley
A joint venture deal with a pub company, undertaking the planning
and overcoming flood plain, green belt, Thames setting along with other issues and
worked closely with the village residents.
High Wycombe
Former factory site acquired by way of an Option Agreement. Working with Wycombe District Council to provide a scheme for 21 flats, now built and owned by a Housing Association.
Weybridge
A 100,000 sq ft factory in the famous Brooklands former racetrack.
Condensed AC Cars into 40,000 sq ft on a leaseback, and let the remaining space,
packaging the investment.
Hurley
Former petrol station site, cleaned to residential standards.
Purchased the site, secured planning and built 4 cottages.
Marlow
Former goods yard acquired with the benefit of a residential
consent. Revised the planning to create 4 office units,
built them out, let and sold them to investors.
Southampton
Former pub acquired and planning consent secured for its demolition and
the construction of 14 flats.
