Paul has over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential property market, having successfully run a commercial agency practice prior to establishing his first development company in 1995. Paul has overall responsibility for land acquisition and disposal.

Mike Pascall
Mike has a background in construction, agency and development. He is responsible for securing funding and the implementation of design and build projects. He assumes total responsibility for new build projects, overseeing the programme from implementation to completion. Transactions include the development of the Cambridge Business Park.
